Hmm I guess a blind assumption equals factual data now. For one, I've seen no evidence whatsoever 21661 exists as of yet. (I have since found 21660 does exist though, but I ASSUME no purpose of it's usage since I've not copied traffic of any kind on it. Just an affliation.).

Going to add the State Wide TG (22650)?

More TG's that have had at least one F&W RID affiliate. (which means little more than that they exist in F&W radios at this point in time)
23307
23312
23316
23655
23657
23659
23665

AGAIN, it's "MED-COM" and "MED-1"

Going to ever copy over the geo-data to the county TG categories you've added?

I am working with limited time available on PC usage, and am homeless living under a bridge. Chill out. Its getting to be where all you can do is complain. You have issues with Lindsay and the staff, that I understand. But you really need to chill. I am doing the best I can right now. Its not my fault you had a falling out or wtf ever. If I can still have a happy face by the grace of God then maybe others here should get Jesus in thier life.

Exatly how that has anything to do with you screwing up the majority of what I explicitly tell you or taking assumptions as fact or you monkeying around with stuff that in no way needs monkeying around with is beyond me. (A fine example being how you totally F'D up the Harrison County EDACS, just to name one) How about YOU stop doing stupid stuff to give me cause to complain.

NOW BACK ON TOPIC!
22653 and 22655 are almost 100% the A and B channels(respectively) for the F&W central region. Just copied and logged some traffic from D3 RID's on 22653 and D4 RID's on 22655 from the Bay Springs and Raleigh sites.

Oh and Wiggins has crawled out from under their super secret veil of encryption and are back to operating on the "PD 1" channel.

Not MHP groups. Totally different RID's on them (121xxx mostly, as it so happens) and from what I've seen they're all encrypted. I suspect maybe they are DPS, maybe MBI or MBN, but almost certainly not MHP. Same block of 121xxx RIDs, with some 122xxx's thrown in, also seen on 131xx and 141xx TG's. So that's all 3 zones/regions for whoever it is. MHP groups are 120xx, 130xx, and 140xx for the 3 zones.

A little FYI about MHP. They actually started out mostly on portables. Been many calls to units to go to the radio shop to get their mobiles installed since they first went live. Other than Biloxi all dispatch positions are/were using radios too. Hattiesburg just recently showed up (like in the last couple of days) with console RID.

22655 seems to be F&W Central B. I've submitted that one twice now, maybe it'll get properly added eventually. The other two seem to be Parks related. 22660 has actually been around for a long time, but isn't used much it seems. Heard callsigns Buccaneer Base with a few 3 digit numeric callsigns (similar to F&W) and Shepard (State Park I assume) once or twice. Being near the coast, and in turn hurricane ground zero, I suspect those parks were issued radios just for "event" related use long ago, but never really given a official "green light" for every day use. Same can be said for a lot of agencys.

Could possibly be MDWFP "event" channel(s) too I guess.

Picked up a new talkgroup ID today on the Fountainbleu site. ID 13399 a couple of guys trying to do radio checks. One of them said he was at I-10 and I-110 which would put him right there in D'Iberville. Another one was inside his house trying to get out but was having problems. There was a callsign of LD-818 used. Does anyone know who "LD" is? These weren't radio techs, these were users just trying their portables out.

This was today around 5:20 PM. You can hear the one guy call the one inside the house LD-818 and then asked him if this was Robert. So if we can find out who uses the callsign LD-### then we can identify this talkgroup.

FINALLY a moment of complete and total clarity on this one! After more than 2 years
Callsigns are LT not LD

oh and Wiggins PD has gone back to their stupid encrypted channel again....sigh

A most excellent question indeed. I've done all I can do. As you may notice I'm not an admin any more and haven't been for a while now. Sorry

K-26 just called Biloxi on 13011, Biloxi replied "K-26 you're on state wide".

Also now knowing the 1301x TG's appear to be state level I'll predict that G & H will be one of 13031/33 and 13041/43 parings or the other. Just a matter of waiting to find out which will be which now. I believe marvin will be in good position to grab Troop H traffic once it starts and they should be next.

10006 - Add to the list of "Tech"(?) channels. A RID frequently seen on the others affiliated to this one and 10005 on site 144 the other day. Wish we could get the real aliases for these channels. Some of these may be seeing more action than normal in the coming weeks/months too. What with all sites needing LTE gear added by mid year, and the 3rd antennas being added for TDMA.

NICE! Looks like 251 and 252 are both temp fill-ins for both WInston County sites. Seems 251 is in the vicinity of 219 and 252 is in the vicinity of 220 going by the neighbors listed. I guess? Definitely a tad confusing. I can only guess, again, they threw those sites up before the permanent gear was ready and to complete the circuit into the temp P3 stuff.

Anywho I'll work my magic on them all in a bit and get them submitted. Got some pretty awesome skip going on right now and am having fun playing with that right now. :)
(pulling in sites 102, 103, 104, 105, 107, 111, 114, 231, 232, and 236 at the moment, along with my usual 118, 119, 120, and 144 locals) :D

Nah, especially not at this time of night. It's kinda inconsistent tonight too it seems. Lots of ups and downs. Catching a little Troop C traffic from Bay Springs is about all. Kinda odd coming from there given Raleigh is closer to Troop C's territory, but hey I'll take it. :)

Also on the topic of new TG's
From the October WCC Meeting minutes: (yeah they FINALLY got all of 2011 posted)
A request also came from the City of Byram Fire Department to buy MSWIN compatible equipment. The request was less than $250,000 which does not require full Commission approval. The last was a request from the City of Pearl Police and Fire Departments for $555,454.80 to replace obsolete radios. The new equipment will allow the Police and Fire Departments to use MSWIN for primary communications with the Rankin County system as their backup. Representatives from the City of Pearl were present for questions from the Commission. The Procurement Review Committee recommended approval for the City of Pearl request. Mr. Harkins made a motion for approval. The motion was seconded by Mr. Tom Lariviere and passed with none opposed

So everyone be on the lookout for new TG's from those areas.

Folks,

There is already established a RR Wiki Article for this same topic. The wiki lends itself to this type of activity much better than a topic in the forums. As ID's are established and added to the DB, they can be removed from the wiki article and since the wiki can be edited by any registered member, it allows "guessing" by a much better method than a linear forum topic.

Please use the wiki article from now on, thanks.

Lou and I chatted about this and had a change of heart. We agree that this thread does serve a useful purpose and helps with the overall identification of the system. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Thanks,
