I have:
13369 as related to MHP Troop H (possibly a mirror of dispatch) - dispatched from Meridian. (Not New Albany - but still a question as to why it is patched to Gulf Coast TGs)
14359 as related to MHP Troop F (possibly a mirror of dispatch) - dispatched from New Albany.

Here is the patch I have logged:
,
Patch Supergroup: TG=13369
Patch Subgroup: TG=13354 [Unidentified]

There appears to be a set of unidentified talkgroups that are mirrors of MHP dispatch channels (including 13365, 13369, 14355, 14359)
13354 was patched to 13369 from 1438-1450 hours today. Caught it here on the Coast.

That is likely. My logs show that the RIDs for both 64010 and 64016 are in the 10000xxx range.

Northeast Power Association service area includes Lafayette, Marshall, Union, Pontotoc, and Benton County.
I have logged traffic for 64016 on the following sites near Oxford.
+------------------------------------------
| BEE00.2AD 64016 "Unknown"
+------------------------------------------
BEE00.2AD 3.20_2A2 : MSWIN - Lowe Mountain
BEE00.2AD 3.21_2A2 : MSWIN - Oxford
BEE00.2AD 3.49_2A0 : MSWIN - University of Mississippi

I'll see if I can capture some audio to isolate it further.

5 counties, should be between 6 and 10 TG's minimum. Daily ops/dispatch, service connection/disconnect, meter services, troubleshooting, maintenance, and possibly construction to say the least.

Yep. Looking at the talkgroups in the Electric Cooperatives group in the db, I suspect that 64010-64019 are likely NEPA.

It looks like Chickasaw County is starting to transition to MSWIN. I first logged traffic on 2025/08/08. They are still doing a lot of radio checks and testing.

Code:
40405 09-CHICKASAW SO Sheriff - Dispatch
40415 09-HOUSTON PD Houston Police

I am also seeing traffic or affiliations on the following talkgroups, but have not identified the usage.

Code:
40401
40407
40425 - Possibly Okolona Fire

Band opening? Had a huge one up here in Indiana other night. I was picking up sites I never receive that are over 60 miles away. That or the TGs are not geofenced and an unit was affiliated to that site? These things do happen sometimes. Sometimes the only way to know for sure is by catching it on Pro96Com, or UT etc... And logging the affiliations and so forth. Learned a lot of this by experience logging VIPER, Palmetto 800, AWIN, SAFE-T over the years, as well as the conversion of parts of the Entergy system. Wish I had been in MS as the MSWIN was being rolled out more than a visit for parts of it.

Anyone have news on if Franklin County Fire/EMA will get on board? See Lincoln is fully online, and they used to say never joining MSWIN ever back in the day. And surprise Jefferson is fully online too, one of the poorest counties in MS. (MSWIN radios cost more than the Fire Trucks for almost all the VFDs there, talking from experience here.) Example: Union Church VFD had one engine from the late 1980's, an tanker from the early 1970's, and had just bought an engine from Lincoln County from the late 70's last time I was there.

I have logged and recorded several transmissions on TG=59555. I believe that this is AMR Southwest MS in Natchez which covers Adams, Amite, and Wilkinson Counties. Is there someone closer to Natchez that is able to confirm this?
