well, as I've pointed out again and again, he commited a crime under the banner of law by interfering with an EMT performing patient care. I don't expect to hear much but garbage on the news for the next week or so thanks to Jacko kicking the bucket. I would like to know if they're going to bury him mnext to his nose

I should have expressed that better. I see a definate reason to fire the trooper. In the case of the medic, I see issues, but not any that would cause him to be fired.

FYI - I checked with OHP again today. Still, no decision has been made.

He is still on paid administrative leave, until a decision is made. That's the last word OHP gave us.

White just filed a lawsuit against Trooper Martin. For now, just the trooper & not the state

There is a press conference tonight at 7pm, called by OHP to discuss the "disposition" of the findings of the internal investigation into Martin. They gave the media only two hours notice, & it's in Stroud.
