OPP on ops channels

For a while the OPP have been mostly using ops channels. I wonder if this might be a permanent thing?

...What do you mean? OPP are always on their OPS channels 1OPS11 for your area for example

they were using 2ops39 in my area then they switched to 2ops13 maybe a year and a half ago i think the the two talk groups are patched in

Yes they are Randy, this is now on the Cobourg tower. Two patches in place currently:

Sorry, I made a bit of a goof. lol I did have the channels tagged as Oxford 6S, for example; but for some reason that channel went back to being displayed as OPS 11. I thought for a while they were switching channels.

This is also the case for the Prince Edward County detachment ops channel (2OPS16). They’re patched in with Iroquois / Long Sault area as of the past few months.
