What (if any) agencies/systems besides the sac TRS (los rios police), Davis PD, and Beale use digital?

i got myself a 396 and i'm hungry for more digital!

I'd keep an ear to 162 through 174 for the Feds. I've heard BATF, USGS, Marshalls, and one or two others running digital in the clear. Many are hanging on to analog like the FBI and DEA.

With regard to trunking, that's about it. Rebanding funding will probably allow some upgrades creating more digital usage.
