P25 or MOT

You guys have got me confused on all this discussuion about P25 and MOT. I'm trying to program a BCD395XT but I can't remember which one to set up the new system. I can't seem to find out what I've got mine set up with and it's been a long time since I've done one. I'm trying to set up the Round Rock Fire Dept. on the GATRRS. I know that this is crazy and I should know this, but I had a stroke back in Sept and it messed up my memory.

Anyone able to get me headed in the right direction'
