I should be able to get all SMCO, since Millbrae unincorporated, they are patrolled by sheriffs now and thats not far from my house at all. The "Brisbane" and "La Honda" repeaters both show signal strength on my scanner, just no sound...

the talkgroups that are active. on the county wide simulcast site

also getting SFO system fine as well.
San Francisco County/City P25 Trunking System, San Francisco, California - Scanner Frequencies

active control channel is 773.68125

I'm monitoring it via Pro96Com and it is showing unencrypted comms on the traffic control TG as well as the fire dispatch TG.

I give up...I've been trying all the little "check boxes", NAC tags, P25 threshold, I've changed all the little bells and whistles...nothing!! I can see that the Brisbane repeater is coming in, it gets 3 bars...just no sound...I'm done

but are you hearing anything? I too show a lot of TG with "4" service in Unitrunker, but i do not hear any calls

I don't know what a 4 signifies in Unitrunker because I don't use it,but pro96com identifies encryption being used or not and in this case , it wasn't being used.
