Almost an hour on 0753 here, no issues.
Suggestion added to the list.Thanks. I know there are always new versions! I just can't keep up!
Suggestion: The display on the lower left on the main page, showing the active talkgroup, alias, etc. I would like to see that with the ability to be made bigger, easier to see. Maybe with the ability to make custom fonts and colors. Maybe on a seperate tab, just for such a display.
That sounds like the issue I experienced the other day. With 0958, I got blinking LEDs and no discovery. Cycled power, tried 0958 a second time, it loaded, but got 0 blocks per second etc.
If you see a pattern flashing on the leds, like 1 long, 3 short (or something like that), that is a flash memory error indication. You can try cycling power. If it doesn't go away, then you can hold the TG button and wait for the leds to stop. Don't turn off power at this point. Wait until the leds start flashing rapidly, then reload the firmware. When this happens, you will need to put the correct reference frequency back in (and reload TG, etc). This is on the labels that came with the P25RX, contact me via email if you can't find that information. I have it here. Alternatively, you can use the estimated reference frequency. With 0958, I got blinking LEDs and no discovery. Cycled power, tried 0958 a second time, it loaded, but got 0 blocks per second etc.
Update, USB locked up at 3:53 ESTOn 0958 at 2:45 EST, seems to running fine so far on Dekalb TRS
Have you tried the 'hold TG button while power-up and continue to hold for 10 seconds until leds turn on" method?_1353 does not “discover device” for me. Tried disconnecting usb and also re-starting software. Still unable to “discover device”.
Feel free to email me directly if you are still having issues with this._1353 does not “discover device” for me. Tried disconnecting usb and also re-starting software. Still unable to “discover device”.
I was eventually able to roll back to _1047 for now. Thanks.Feel free to email me directly if you are still having issues with this.
