General Java question -not a feature request. Could the display tab become a floating window to be positioned on top of any other tab or be stand alone with the rest of btconfig minimized?
I like the idea of an option to bring it out as a separate window/frame. I'll add that to the list.

Curious for those running 2310 on a P25 system, what behavior are you seeing for TG Hold and Skip?
Until later this week I don't have a P25 system to monitor, so have been fooling around with a local Con+ system.
It appears both hold (follow) and skip are not working correctly. Whether these are entered from within the BT Config software or using button press on the physical P25RX device, the result is a console log entry "following talkgroup 0" or "skipping tg 0 for 60 minutes", where I assume to function correctly the "0" should be replaced with the actual TG number. The TG number is being correctly shown in the Status section at the bottom of the Console tab, and on the Display tab.

I'm just curious whether the issue is widespread or limited to Con+.

I've added the DMR TG hold/skip issue to the list of things to check on / fix. I'm not sure yet, but this may not have ever been implemented for DMR.

Anyone else seeing a shimmy at the bottom of the BTConfig window on V. 2021-1023:2310? It's pretty distracting. I have resized the window, and it goes away at full screen, but at less than full screen it's oscillating on any "no sig" as it roams.

If it's just me, it may be something I need to reboot to correct.

@turnpike61, I enabled the audio fill buffer in the experimental version since I was working on audio related stuff yesterday. I'll disable it in the next release. I agree that it is distracting.

edit: Sorry, I thought you were talking about the BTCFG-II software. I'm not sure what is going on with the BTConfig. The audio fill indicator is off on version 10-23_2310
Interesting. It appears to have stopped. Will keep an eye on it.

No shimmy here on 10-23_2310. Really like the display view option. I have been playing around with it. Is there any way to make the control channel freq. show? The site and RFSS (zone) work fine just wondering if there is a command for the control freq.
ps. the hpf_cut really helped with the bassy speakers I was using.........

Another question for the experts about display view, is it possible to add text that describes the site that corresponds with the control channel frequency?
In roaming mode, I use 10 different sites and control channels.
For instance " Control Channel: 852.087500 Ramsey "
Maybe enter some text somehow in the search DB window?
Or on the bottom line where it calls out the site ID numerically.
Probably isn't possible, just thought I would ask........Thanks

One thing that would be useful running two radios through a single computer would be a way to back off the volume on one of the two in the software. It would make it easier to tell which one is playing when there's audio on both simultaneously. Maybe that can be done with existing settings, I'm just not sure which one.

Do the devices show up as separate devices in the Windows Sound Mixer Options? I'm assuming you are connecting each with a USB cable and they are being assigned different com ports.

Or maybe add a pan control so you could put one on the left channel and one on the right... or even a third in the middle.

They should show up as separate audio sources that you can adjust in the mixer settings. This is what I do in Linux. I'm pretty sure I tested this in Windows sound mixer as well.

I don't see a way to do that in the MacBook and the devices don't show up in the sound settings

Sorry about that. I know you are using a MacBook! Let me take a look and see what I can figure out.
