I found the Youngs site in Laurens county. The license is WRYZ849. It's 700 MHZ and on the border with Greenville and Spartanburg.Maybe brian can pick it up.

The fcc license for the youngs site has had a "NT - Required Notification (S)" that states the site has been constructed and on air. Has anyone seen any new neighbor sites, etc?

Does anyone monitor the federal talkgroups specifically the va ones. I’m receiving traffic on va Greenville (28151) from va units at dorn va and the va regional office in downtown Columbia but not receiving anything on va Columbia (28150) or va unknown (28152). All radio ids are 255xxxx. So far I logged

Yes, I noticed Dorn using it this weekend when an alarm went off. Likely VA PD but not certain. There was a lot of encryption.

I’m currently still receiving dorn va pd units on va Greenville but with a new dispatch Id of 2559901. But same unit IDs as before.

I believe from the traffic that the following is the correct users.
28151 - De - Dorn VA PD Dispatch
28152 - DE - Dorn VA PD Ops

Multiple dorn va pd units on 28151 “DISP” were told to switch to OPS by dispatch to receive secure info then dispatch and units appeared on 28152 fully encrypted. 50/50 encryption on 28151. 28150 is still unidentified.

I believe it indicates Insurance. Troopers that work on auto insurance compliance cases.

After further monitoring and listing to broadcastify calls it appears the former DHEC talkgroups have been taken over by the new SC Department Of Health with the talkgroups remaining the same with the only difference is when they do regional radio checks they say "DPH" instead of "DHEC".
