Panama Canal Frequencies?

I will be transiting the Panama Canal and looking for frequencies. There are some on the RR DB, but I found reference a UHF system with 3 zones x 16 channels (link below) but cant find the actual frequencies. Does anyone have any first hand experience and recommend what is active?
