If you are running Windows 10, the MS Store has some apps for scanning

I have the SDS100 but I see he has some type of software on his laptop etc?
See full list of third party supported software for the SDS100 & 200 here. Personally I recommend Proscan. Its user interface is the closest to the scanner itself that I've seen & I really wish I could get a paid endorsement here for all the times I've touted about it in various threads but...30 day free trial, $50.00 gets you licenses for 2 computers. Check it out! Batteries not included!

Just checked MS and nothing. I want to know what LoudLabs is using.
Post a screenshot from one of the episodes or videos of his screen. You saying you want their software gets you nowhere when no one has screenshots or photo's to identify the software.

You don't know what software loudlabs is using? And what's the difference between Sentinel and proscan?

If I knew I'd certainly tell you (honestly I've never heard of Loudlabs until now). See thread here regarding Sentinel vs Proscan. Plenty of differences explained, one of them relevant to this thread: Sentinel's inability to remotely control a scanner

Your original question gave no clue to what type of software you were after. Although some of us have many years of experience, we are not mind readers.

It appears from that tiny tiny screenshot to be DSD+ Fastlane that he's running.

That tiny tiny screenshot is a thumbnail of one of the videos on the loudlabs YouTube channel. It provides the information to find the video to watch. I had no interest to watch the video to get a better shot. Various people were asking the OP to provide something to help them answer the OP question however the OP wasn't providing anything other than more questions.

 OK, I did not care to watch the video either, but the magnifier did the job. ;)
