413.96250 162.2 PL from the DB. Everytime it stops on this freq, it's nothing but a buzzsaw noise. Have they gone the TRBO way ?

I'm hearing what sounds like TRBO IP Connect packets on another Powerstream channel so it would seem likely.
410.2625 and 413.9625 seem to be linked together.
They both transmit at the same time.

What area does Powerstream Hydro cover? Not familiar with them...

They bought Barrie PUC a few years back and cover quite a few municipalities in Simcoe County including the City of Barrie.
Those areas are still on their VHF conventional repeater but will eventually switch to UHF. It's unknown whether they will go TRBO but it looks likely now that the southern area has switched.
