Hello too all

Just wanted to share what has been happening here on site 153. Yesterday at around 11:14 am a bunch of RID's most likely from the yorkton area where active on TG 50 for a little while then took off. Then at around 7 some more RID's showed up, some local some unknown on TG 48. I have attached some screen shots.

Hi to kylep997

Thank you for sharing your screenshots with us.

We can see the RID 2212509 "joins" talk-group 50 and then it later, "joins" TG 48.
It appears that one of the local RCMP members is using the portable RID 2212509 to do a little eavesdropping on talk-groups 50 and 48.

Some members will travel with their mobile radio on it's home group and use a portable on monitor another talk-group.
DOCC may alert members to monitor another talk-group so they can better position themselves for a possible intercept.

Look for "Joins" and or "Login" under "Action" to see the RID that has enabled you to see activity on the other talk-group.
It appears that none of the Yorkton RIDs were on site 153.

Again, we thank you for taking the time to share.

Cheers.

Hello, I have some possibly interesting information to share. There's one RCMP GIS member that is seen often enough around here as well as a few other specialized units. Take a look at the screenshots I've attached.

Hi, kylep997

I think you have just discovered the RCMP Border Services, IBET or IBIT RIDs.
Your RIDs on TG 14 and what my data base shows for some of these RIDs.

2211366 Saskatoon BIS
2211370 Saskatoon BIS
2211434 nothing
2211435 nothing
2211438 nothing
2211440 nothing
2211450 nothing
2211514 RMCU?

IBIT or IBET RIDs that are close to yours seen in my data base.
2211441 IBIT seen on site 149 = Estevan.
2211451 IBIT seen in the border region.

Looks like the PPSTN RID data base will require some updates.
Keep looking for more RIDs in this range and their talk-groups.

We thank you for sharing the screenshots with us.

Cheers.

Hi, kylep997

Go back and have a look at posts #228 to 230 when C-FHLY was seen in Estevan.
C-FHLY traveled to Alberta and conducted operations there.

RR member wolffe may have more information on the movements of C-FHLY?

Project Endgame was a year-long investigation led by ALERT’s Human Trafficking unit.

Project Endgame revealed a cross-Canada network of sex trafficking that has been in operation for over a decade by the accused and possibly others. ALERT’s investigation saw the perpetrators work in the communities of Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, Lloydminster, Red Deer, Grande Prairie, Fort McMurray, Cold Lake, and Estevan, Sask.

Look for more "specialized" RIDs operating in your area.

Cheers.

Hi, kylep997

My data base shows this:

The RID appears to be an Onion Lake portable? Home-group is 76, then it seen on TG 14 on 12/25/2024.

2214305 SG-Patch 2042 Sub-Groups 46 and 76 Lloydminster, Onion Lake, Maidstone, Turtleford, Glaslyn.
2214308 At Onion LK FNR event on TG 46 Patched to 2214310 on TG 76.
2214310 At Onion Lk FNR event on TG 46
2214312 My Unitrunker xml file shows:<User id="2214312" group="76" hits="1" Last="20240913104238".
2214318 on TG 12 site 71/72 01/08/2025 West bound. Look at the date and the TG again.

In the Report at the link in post #248. we see Lloydminster and Estevan are the only 2 locations mentioned in Saskatchewan.

It appears that RID 2214312 could be an STRT/CRT unit that trailed the suspects from Lloyd to Estevan?

I recall that you shared this information with me around that same date:
RID 2264669 on TG 6142, seen on site 153 Carnduff from December 23rd through the 29th of 2024.

It's always a good Idea to read news (RCMP) reports and then take a look back in Unitrunker.

At this point, I must say, Nice work!

Cheers.

Hi, all

It was a crazy busy afternoon.

At 12:18 pm there was a PRT call to Pelican Lake FNR #191 south of Chitek Lake.
A guy with a sawed-off rifle on a snowmobile. See the screenshots.
At 12:43 pm that call ended, but then I could see all the Indian Head and Fort Qu'Appelle units come alive.

And then Regina PDS units began to show up and TG 10 came alive and I could see C400 Traffic Service
and PDS K100 communicating.

Indian Head and Fort Qu'Appelle cars began communicating with K100 PDS and E275 PDS and A595 on TG 18.
By 1:30 pm things were really getting crazy. At 1:44 pm several SHP units and a conservation officer appeared.
At 1:50 pm a RMCU member joined the action on TG 18 and at 2:08 pm CICC also joined in.

What were they thinking? No dynamic regroup was used, everyone was on their own group so it was just mayhem.
It appeared to end at about 2:35 pm with the capture of Old Yeller. See the link:

Location
The Great White North, eh
C-FHLY is moving around between the four provinces, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia. Ontario has been using a fixed wing craft and I have seen various aircraft, fixed wing and rotary aircraft, not just the Blackhawk, that all belong to the RCMP running patterns over the border in the western provinces as well.

Lots of other unusual air traffic as well. 2 Chinooks rattled my house the other evening, when they are directly over your house at less that 1500 ft the house feels like its coming apart. They landed at the airport and left the next day. It was -41c that night, I would like to know how they started them.

You live in a busy neighborhood, maybe its time to move Mobby, lol.

Hi, all

At 3:44 pm this afternoon Critical Incident Command (CICC) made an announcement on talk-group ID 913.

This announcement must have been very important because I have never seen CICC ever do this until today.
The DOCC RID 2219009 is the only one that I have ever seen doing the announcements on TG 913.
No unusual activity was seen here following the announcement.

Cheers,CICC on TG 913.png

Ok, thank you, kylep997

The announcement talk-group ID 913 appears to be used for province-wide announcements, so all RCMP members received it.
Maybe we will see something with regards to this on social media or in a news report later today?
Maybe another one of our Saskatchewan RR members will chime in with some details?
Cheers.

Hi, all

I thought that I should share what I discovered today.

RID 2261633 CO0345/PO0006/0029 Mobile Good Spirit/Duck MTN Parks, login at 10:18 am on TG 6000 site 72.
RID 2263651 CO0384/0329/0185 Melville Mobile, login at 10:39 am on TG 6000 site 72. Did not travel to Regina.
RID 2261633 CO0345/PO0006/0029 Mobile Good Spirit/Duck MTN Parks, login at 11:02 am on TG 6000 site 71.
RID 2263651 CO0384/0329/0185 Melville Mobile, login at 10:40 am and 12:43 pm on TG 6000 site 72. Never on site 71.
Then about 3 hours later we see the return trip.
RID 2261633 CO0345 Mobile Good Spirit/Duck MTN Parks, login at 1:50 pm on TG 6000 site 71.
RID 2262378 PO0006/0029 New Mobile Good Spirit/Duck MTN Parks, login at 1:55 pm on TG 6000 site 71.
RID 2261633 CO0345 Mobile Good Spirit/Duck MTN Parks, login at 2:01 pm on TG 6000 site 72.
RID 2262378 PO0006/0029 New Mobile Good Spirit/Duck MTN Parks, login at 1:55 pm on TG 6000 site 72.

This data appears to show us that SE-CO0345 and a park enforcement officer traveled to CVA in Regina to pick
up a new vehicle for use in Good Spirit/Duck MTN Parks this summer.
It appears that RIDs 2262300 to 2262400 just may be located at CVA in Regina for installation in new vehicles.

Cheers.

Hi all

At 12:36 pm today there was PRT call for an armed robbery in the Lloydminster region.
Vehicle description is a blue Ford "Escape" with 3 suspects traveling west bound on the #303 highway.
At 3:49 pm a dynamic regroup was established between the subgroup IDs 76 Lloydminster and 214, until 5:14 pm.
See the screenshot. I have believed for quite some time, that the talk-group IDs 214, 215, and 216 are used
to connect the PPSTN to the Alberta-FRRCS. Todays event appears to confirm this.

Cheers.

I just heard sirens, so I decided to have a look at Unitrunker. This can't be good!Winter Fest 2025.png

Hi, all

RCMP and PRT responding to a 911 call in Davidson right now.
I am hoping that this 'situation' does not escalate.
