Hello, Tonight some interesting things are happening here. Based on what I am hearing and seeing someone has died in Oxbow and the RCMP/EMS are quite active. I have attached some screenshots.

Hi, all

At 10:20 am this morning RID 2213950 SPS Air 1 logged in on site 71, talk-group 62 RCMP Saskatoon.
This was quite a surprise for me to see well after the event had taken place and I had no luck with the flight trackers.
I would be ready for the return trip and then it happened.
At 2:47 pm this afternoon RID 2213950 SPS Air 1 logged in on site 71, talk-group 62 RCMP Saskatoon.
I wanted to see the aircraft's approximate location when it logged in on site 71.
The screen shot shows the aircraft's location 1 minute and 30 seconds after it had logged in on site 71.
Cheers.

Hi, all

The talk-group Public 1 was very busy this afternoon.
The conservation officers at LaRonge were trying to keep anglers honest by handing out tickets.
One of the COs was on Eagle Point and the others were located closer to the dam.

Hi, all

The STARS helicopter landed at the All Nations Healing Hospital shortly after 5:00 pm this afternoon and I wanted to see just how far away the helicopter was from site 71, when I would start to see logins on the STARS talk-group ID 5490.

STAR 9 was 3.6 miles south west of Site 71, located at the Rogers Wireless Inc site.

Cheers.

Hi, all

Today at 4:55 pm the RCMP aircraft call sign MPW logged in on site 72 Balcarres.
From the Pro96com Affiliations log file:
05/13/2025 16:55 Affiliate 96, Stony Rapids, Fond-du-Lac, Black Lake, Southend and Wollaston Lake RID 2211544, MPW RCMP Air Craft.

In the screenshot the location of PPSTN site 72 is marked with the blue dot south of the town of Balcarres.
The position of MPW is 40 miles south east of site 72.

I must admit that I was very surprised to see MPW at that location because it affiliated onto a talk-group used in the far north.

Cheers.

Hi, all

On Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning these four RIDs logged in on site 72. I suspect they were east bound on the #1 highway at Wolseley.

05/12/2025 14:18:09","Affiliate",10,"RCMP REGINA",RID 2211756.
05/12/2025 14:21:29","Affiliate",26,"RCMP Swift Current Maple Creek Shaunavon Leader Morris", RID 2211479.

05/13/2025 10:36:47","Affiliate",26,"RCMP Swift Current Maple Creek Shaunavon Leader Morris", RID 2211703.
05/13/2025 10:52:48","Affiliate",22,"RCMP Assiniboia Coronach Gravelbourg",RID 2211604.

This afternoon those same four RIDs appeared again, but this time they were traveling west bound at Wolseley, along with three additional RIDs. One of those was a PDS unit. See the screenshot.

Hi, all

Today there were three Yorkton GIS units logged onto site 72 and there were two additional Y-GIS members on another site.
These units were utilizing talk-group 163, also seen in my above post #311, but none of the RIDs seen in use in Friday's post were seen in use today. It appears that these are two very separate Y-GIS operations that are taking place, but both operations are seen using TG 163.

Hi, all

This post is to update my post #258 from February 27th of this year.

The talk-group ID 214 is used to link the Alberta Law Enforcement Response Team ALERT (ALERT) to the Lloydminster Saskatchewan RCMP.

See this link for more information about the incident that occurred on the 27th of February.

Cheers.

Hi, all

Between 3:54 and 4:20 pm the RID 2211530 traveled west bound through this area, returning to Regina. In the screenshots you will see the RID is still on the Canora talk-group, so we know that this RID attended the incident.
The link has been updated since my last post to include this additional information:

Canora RCMP continue to investigate with the assistance of the Saskatchewan RCMP’s Explosive Disposal Unit, Forensic Identification Services and Saskatoon Provincial General Investigation Section.

In one of the screenshots you will also see the RID 2212972 is also on the Canora talk-group. This RID is usually on the Yorkton talk-group and I have suspected for quite some time that it is being utilized by the Yorkton detachment commander. Hi, all

Another link to update to the above posts: Suspicious package in Canora, Sask. ‘neutralized,’ RCMP investigating

With the discovery of the suspicious package, just before 10:00 am and the updated information disclosed just before 3:00 pm, we see the timeline does indeed closely match the movements of the RID 2211530, as seen in the screenshots.

After looking at data provided by other RR members and my own data base, it appears the RID 2211530 can only be the Explosive Disposal Unit from Regina.

Cheers.

Hi, all

On the evening of June 1st from 9:23 to 11:14 pm the portable FQ-2 was seen monitoring a CIRT/ERT operation taking place in what appeared to be in the north west region. A total of 26 RIDs where seen in use, so it was a major operation. At this point there have been no reports in the media about this operation. See the screenshots.
