PR0 95/scanning

i just got a pro 95 and noticed the receive was so much better then ant 1 i have had in the past any 1 else notice that and 1 other thing with some other scanners if i use all the control channels in columbia and lexington it seems to me that eather for to to come off that control channel to go to another the signal has to be week forceing it to find a stronger 1 or eather the system has to be complety quiet before is search for the othe control channel
