Priority Dispatch Corp Releases Big Updates to ProQA

This release has improvements to Medical, Fire, and Police, with the biggest change coming in the creation of MPDS Protocol 40: Incident Standby/Staging.

This significant new protocol was developed by the IAED to manage the many different standby requests EMS agencies receive where there are no reported patients at the scene. Now you can process, assign, and document different responses to each of these types of requests for service.

Priority Dispatch/ProQA is the devil. We use that in our EMS center and it's by far one of the worst programs I have ever used. It's buggy AF and crashes each time they update something.
