Pro-163 Trunking

I have a pro-163 and can't get this http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=712 trunking system to work. It works fine on my pr0-2055 but will not pick anything up on my pro-163. The base and offset are set the same on both models but for some reason the pro-163 will not receive anything. it seems that everything is set the same between the two but it still will not pick up the trunked system. Please if anyone has any ideas let me know. Thank You

How did you program this system ?
By Hand or by import ?
Did you add the fleet ID's or Close the bank ?
Do you hear the control channels ?

I had RadioShack Program it.

I am not sure what you mean by adding fleet ID's or closing a bank.

I am guessing that they used ScanCat lite to program the radio. May not be set up the correct way. There have been many problems using that program and GRE made radios. Might need to check and see if the base frequency, step, and offset are the same as what is in the RR database.
