Pro-652: Pro 652 Error

My Pro652 is giving me the following error : uP BootVer:RF1.5 uPApp Ver: NONE CPU SW Upgrade Wait for PC/IF. I have tried to factory reset it and nothing works. Any ideas on how to fix it?

The Pro-652 does not have a SD card. Your scanner has lost the CPU firmware. Save the attached zipped file to your computer and extract. Connect the scanner to your computer and run the extracted file.

You are right my apologies. Used to dealing with scanners with sd card
