PRO 668 Scanner Setup

I am trying to setup my Pro 668 Scanner to receive the local police channels which I know are on Project 25 Phase 1. The specifics are listed on this site but my radio wont accept any of the frequencies. I know I'm probably setting it up wrong as I am a new user. I am specifically trying to set up Niagara County Public Safety System, in NY.

Is there any detailed instruction on what to enter where? I know how to navigate to the trunking station area but I don't know how to add the specifics.

Any help would be appreciated.

Use the library import feature on the 668 software to bring everything in. Use the preferred method so you can select exactly what you want.

I already did that, actually a few times thinking I may have done it wrong. I did the import by county, zip code etc..,it doesn't seem to grab that trunked system as the only NCSO channel seems to be the old analog channel. When I look it up on this site it shows many control frequencies that I can't seem to add manually. It seems as if I need to add the project 25 phase 1 system myself? Very confused as I am normally good with this kind of stuff.

Yes, I updated library and hardware to current. I went to Radioshack store and they couldn't help, lol. They said It was too new and haven't sold any yet.
