PRO-96 on digital.

Major points:

* It decodes better than the BC296D

* There are not audio quality settings to mess with

* It will decode multiple systems with no changing of audio settings. IOW: If there are multiple users on digital in the same band, the BC296D may not work with all of them at the same time.

Also, V-folders.

No digital card to create problems or loose connections.

The feature sets are something that YOU and ONLY YOU will be able to tell which best suits your needs.

In addition to all of this, it is very likely REBANDING READY! The BC296D will need an upgrade.

I've seen talk that the Pro96 can't handle EDACS narrowband (whereas the BC296D can). Though if there's no EDACS narrowband systems you're interested in, that's irrelevant.
