Anyone in or around Fergus Falls with a RTL-SDR or similar that can take a look at this?
Or... have noticed this?

For the past few days, ARMER site 092 (Fergus Falls) has been frequently dropping it's control channel and it isn't because it switched control channel. It's control channel (all of them) completely drops off the air, then comes back on, then down, then back up, etc. and it has been happening quite a bit lately.

I was wondering if anyone up in that area that could confirm that the site is having intermittent issues over the past week or so.
Weather related? Equipment failure? Maintenance? (But maintenance wouldn't tale this long one would think)

Have you noticed any particular times of the day this is happening? Like during day when they could be working on it? Could be a few things, or interference on your end to, hard to say.

All times of day - even evening hours a couple of days.
Yesterday and today, it is back to being 100% solid.
Seemed to start when it got real cold...
Definitely not RFI, I checked - and have been watching with a spectrum analyzer and there was nothing close to the control channel that could be causing it.

Makes me wonder if they had a hinky amp or controller and got it fixed.
