I purchased a new scanner, I updated the firmware to 1.07.09. I have tried to program it with Free Scan, CatScan(I think) and manually. The area (Buchanan CO, MO) I live in and trying to program is a Project 25 Phase 1 w/ APCO-25 CIA Exclusive. I have programed two different trunk systems, correctly, or so I think, my problem is the 700mHz program for Missouri Highway Patrol works great, The 800mHz, not so much. I entered all the Simulcast trunk frequencies as listed in Radio Reference, left band plan blank to auto fill. At the end of the day 2 frequencies populated. 851.00625/6.26 and 762.00625/6.26, no voice. Can't figure it out! Any thoughts or solution to get audio would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
