I am having trouble switching bank 1 to bank 2,3,4 while manual programming different parishes on LWIN. Thank you.

Welcome to the RR forums. You need to be in scan mode to switch banks. Press the Scan key then the number corresponding to the bank you want to hear. If I'm misunderstanding your inquiry (likely I am) have a look at the manual linked below

Here is some software you can download to make moving banks and programming your Pro106 A LOT easier.

The WIN500 may no longer supported?? According to posts about WIN 500, but it still works.

I believe the OP may be talking about assigning channels and talkgroups to scan lists while programming manually using the scanner menus. I use Butel ARC500 Basic to program my PRO-106 and PRO-197. It is far faster and easier using software to program the scanner. Another possibility is PSREdit500. ARC500 and PSREdit500 are both excellent programs. Both have a free trial period to decide which one you like better. What is your city, county, and state? Which systems and agencies do you want to monitor? We will be able to take a look at the database to determine what you are able to monitor in your area using the PRO-106. Since you are a premium subscriber, you will be able to download directly from the Radio Reference database using software.

You have to use the asterisk * when you move TGs or frequencys, you turn it off on one SList and turn it on on the new list,....

The radio has a ”default scan list” enabled. This default is where freqs go that are saved while using the search function etc. Your default is scan list 1. When you are programming, on the “scan list“ heading just scroll through the channel numbers to find the one with an asterisk next to it - yours is channel 1 - turn the asterisk off. Then scroll to the scan list # you want to assign - for instance “2”- and turn the asterisk on. When you are done be sure and hit save.

This is all clearly described on pg.39 of the manual under the heading “ Grouping Objects With Scan Lists”.

It is somewhat easier to use Arc 500 programming software as you can see all the settings instead of having to use sub menus and soft keys with a lot of scrolling. Hope this helps, good luck.
