Getting a new sds100. Can I just use the files from my bcd436? Would like to just transfer them on the Sentinal program

That works.
Create a new profile first in Sentinel, and set the target radio as the 100.
Because of programming the display and other differences, you need to use that profile to deal with the 100, and your original profile, with the 436 as target to handle your other radio.
If you want both radios programmed the same, that's all you need to do.
Any changes to lists will go to the selected profile/scanner when you load them.
If you program your display screen on the 100, upload it to Sentinel with the 100 profile active to save it.
