Programming systems with multiple table ranges

Is there a scanner that will be able to program a system with two table ranges without software? Perhaps Uniden? As far as I know, I need software and a cable to do this on my Pro-96 and Pro-97. I'm wondering if there are scanners that are able to program this manually.

The PSR-500/600 allow it.

EDIT: if it's a VHF or UHF Mot system, the PRO-97 lets you do it from the scanner's keypad. PGM TRUNK FUNC 2, I think.

Is "table range" the same vernacular as band plans ?

The Uniden BCD 996T allow three.
