So I recently bought an inexpensive android tablet to be able to monitor my scanner without having to be in the radio shack. Mostly just setup a Bluetooth speaker and use chrome and park it in a central part of my house. For the most part I've used the webserver intermittently in the past and never noticed an issue. Now that I am monitoring the remote feed 24/7 I am noticing the feed crashing daily.

So my tablet is on my local network. When I notice the feed is down I go to my server is not running as if someone has closed it.

Is there a log or somewhere I can start to provide information to get assistance troubleshooting.

When Proscan is running... go to the "Test and Extras" tab. In the lower right corner of that window, click on the bottom button that says "Windows File Explorer Application Data Folder". When that location opens up in Windows File Explorer, look for the "Web Server Log.txt" file.

Ok I'll post here later today, when I'm home. Hopefully the group can help me figure it out.
Also, click the "Generate Bug Report" button on that test and extras page and look in that same data folder for the "Bug Report.txt" file.

Here are the files, I did not really start noticing this stuff until I started using my new tablet on June 8th. I've had this setup since about this February, but I've only used the webserver intermittently.

I want to add when I hop onto the server to restart the webserver I have to restart scanner to get the LAN audio working again.

Bob, should I assume that you know about what is going on with me, and you are working on a fix?

It's always best to report bugs via email. That way I can send test files until fixed or at least to see what's going on.

{edit} I received another report on this via email on ver 17.8 so no need to email me.
