Does any other scanner seller offer that, let alone one that has retail stores scattered throughout the country that you can simply walk it in to?

The manuals got stains on it, and the radio case has a few "unnoticeable" scratches.....
I like their return policy too, but......
the fact that they resell returned items in almost new condition leaves me always wondering....

Lack of proper training, and high employee turn over has a lot to do with their problems.
