psr-500 latest version

my psr-500 was manufactured in november of 2007. is it the recent version or do i need to download the recent update

Turn the scanner on, then during the welcome screen hit the number 3.
The version listings should show

uP Appl Ver:U1.2
DSP App Ver:U1.2
DSP Voc Ver:F1.0

If they say any other number then you need to update to be current
