I figured as much. Seeing action now is kinda a surprise, epically since it's on a license that doesn't seem to be in use currently by the county or at least has a marked use for the county in the RR DB.

I think its Multicast. I passed through this weekend and it was very busy. Mostly 1100 unit numers

That's correct, the system is Multicast. Somerset PD is using a RAN of 11 and is encrypted.
