Putnam County

I was in Baxter today and noticed that Putnam County was partial "E" can anyone verify this. I heard the EMS dispatcher say switch and then it was "E" same with the sheriff's department.

Yes was originally said to be for 'in progress' calls but the SO has been mixed for months if not longer. It's usually the DSP E almost like they forget to turn it off but i'm not sure what the deal is.
