Question About Frequency

Hello, I have been very interested about what all the sounds are and mean on the frequency of 158.100. I am near Philadelphia across the river in NJ. thank you!

I'm pretty sure that's out of Pennsylvania which is right across the river from New Jersey. Who knows.

I do not know why that one did not come up earlier when I went to the FCC (same site). I only came up with expired licenses near there.

All depends on which FCC URL you use.

I rely on (When it is working)
https://fjallfoss.fcc.gov/General_Menu_Reports/engineering_search.cfm?accessible=NO&wild_select=on as the State search is by Transmitter info, where-as License Search - Geographic Search tends to search by Mailing info (Not always the state the Transmitter is in)

Also keep in mind many of those ole pager licenses are Part 22 and as assigned by Market (like TV and Radio) and are harder to find
There is a Part 22 wiki which explains much more and how to search them

I prefer maprad.io for radius searches. OP is likely hearing one of many Schuylkill Mobile Fone or AMS Spectrum paging stations
