Im eyeing a nice used very little icom 4100.
My question is,is it possible and how to either raise low power to 10 watts or lower mid power to 10 watts?
That can be deal breaker for me as my ic 2300h died. I must have 10 watts in my setup.
Help please thank you

According to the Icom ID-4100 Basic Manual (downloaded from Icom's website), the user-selectable output power settings are High 50 watts, Mid 15 watts, and Low 5 watts. Adjusting those values may be possible in a service mode, but I don't see anything in the manual to suggest that they are user-adjustable.

I might have to call icom. They dont like raising power so maybe better to lower the 15 watts to 10? Might be how to ask them
