Did not try because you only mentioned name wouldn’t copy.

Yeah it copies the words CTCSS and i didn't notice at first but it's not copying the numbers it does copy the DCS numbers

The dcs don’t have decimal points so they will copy without issue. You might have to play with the formatting in that column.

For some reason the get clipboard in proscan is grey'd out and i can't select it.

You either don't have a database file opened or you do but you are not at the group or channel level on a system.
The Get Clipboard works at the channel level. It can import conventional frequencies, trunk frequencies, TGIDs. A system needs to be created 1st then a group (or department) then a site (if a trunk system).
