What is the minimum set of requirements?? My feed has been going for some time now.

Go apply for a new feed - I think some of the requirements are there when you start through the application. I'm sure it isn't all-inclusive though.

Skip that - it only lists a few things you can't broadcast (fed/mil, and a few others). I don't know if there is a list of requirements put to typed word yet.
