Red Arrows

Watching the TV ads locally for an air show at Langley AFB this weekend. The show includes the British Red Arrows.

I did some searching and found an article that gives their A/A channels, but being the old maintenance man, I'd like to listen to their ground ops too. I live fairly close to the base, so I might be able to hear them.

Any help would be appreciated.

Their normal a/a freq is 243.450 any other freqs listed are probably years out of date and I'd expect them to use that in the US unless it conflicts with a local user. I've never noted them having a frequency dedicated for ground use. Their usage of radios is FAR less than most other teams!
