Reprogramming PRO 106

Hello scanner folks. Does anyone know if a RadioShack / GRE PRO-106 scanner is still usable after the RCS rebanding plan? I programmed it a couple years ago and yesterday 9/17/18 Monday it’s dead quiet. I had no idea SD was rebranding so I checked radio reference and discovered it was.
I reentered all the new control channels from the north tower list, checked a few talk group IDs to see if they’re the same ( they were / Oceanside PD dispatch for example ) and I still get nothing. I went into the expert settings and made sure the splinter option and 800/900 was enabled. I did the TSYS analyze of the primary blue control channel and saw a 99% signal strength. What am I overlooking? Has my PRO 106 turned obsolete? Could anyone assist me?

Switch it from splinter to standard. I don't know much about the band plan support in that radio but I had to switch my setup in my Uniden 396XT to standard after the reband.

I did the TSYS analyze of the primary blue control channel and saw a 99% signal strength. What am I overlooking?

Blue are 'Alternate Control Channels'. Primary's are red.
