From page 53 of the WS1065 owner's manual....

press each sequence while the scanner displays the Welcome/Owner screen..... (you must press the 0 key while the Welcome screen is showing at boot-up.... if you miss it, it won't work.)

0 key, followed by the 1 key

Destructive, clears working memory and resets all global parameters to fatory defaults. Does not affect V-Scanners

IF you want to reset global settings to factory defaults without erasing your programming, use 0 and 2.
