Hello. I'm in a learning curve with a couple of new radios. I bought two of the RT95's new and often have them scanning some UHF freqs that I have loaded. The radios scan fine and will stop as expected when a carrier breaks squelch.
The problem is that the radios will resume scanning after a few seconds, even if the RX is solid and the other person is in mid-sentence. I could understand if the carrier was weak or dropped, but someone can be talking one moment, gone the next, and get picked up again on the next scan cycle.
Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks
