Have you considered starting a feed up for yourself? It would be way cheaper than paying someone $50/mo. If you know anyone in/around Richland County, you could deploy a low-profile node there with something like a Raspberry Pi 5 or a small PC and an SDR. That is what I do for several of the nodes I run -- I got permission from an acquaintance in the area of interest to deploy a node on their property. Expenses for all the necessary components are only a few hundred dollars.
I don’t know anybody who lives in Richland, South Carolina and I have 3 version three dongle running sdr trunk listening to Florence and darlington and Sumter from my self someone else has already got Florence and Darlington on radio reference live fee and I don’t want to interfere with him? I know how to broadcast it from SDR trunk, but my antenna won’t reach it and like I said, I don’t know anybody who lives in Richland County the last a is the internet bill !!!!
There is one app called OpenMHz and i can listen to Richland co fire but he mainly
Broadcast Sumter and Clarendon I really want Richland co EMS my guess he can pick it up either so ye I know Richland co ems is not encrypted because I can listen to it sometimes at home but I have to be at the right place and it only last of a couple of minutes and the signal drops out with SDS 100
