Looks like this will be a site added to the Broken Arrow system. No traffic, but will keep monitoring.

Traffic on the site now along with updated list of frequencies now.

What is weird is the CC is advertising the CC as 851.4875. However, it is transmitting on 851.4750. 851.4750 Would make more sense as it matches the Rogers county license with the other four frequencies.

So according to the license, Locations 1 and 3 are likely Simulcast since their frequencies both match and Location 2 might be a single site for Rogers university? Trying to figure out what frequencies to plug in to my SDS and for Pro96Com and see if I can get any kind of signal here in mid town. Or do I need to just program frequencies for all 3 locations as 1 site?

Today the CC is now advertising the correct CC at 851.475. That was weird.

Plugged it in this morning on my 996P2, at the Port I'm hearing Jenks (6000) and encrypted traffic on ID 10000.

Looks like the other Rogers County site was stood up this morning. Not sure what 858.300 is, but that will likely get ironed out in the next day or so.

I went up to rogers county to take a listen and it looks like the rogers site is online at this time. my uniden 436 was locked onto site (6) Claremore. no digital talk-groups are active at this time.

ID Searching.. I had full bars of signal, spent the entire afternoon and into the night in Rogers County

yea its in the testing phase at the moment. I doubt the official talk-group id numbers will be that long. as most of the ones in BA system are 4 digit numbers.

Caught ID 7000 today, unknown LEO traffic

Tons of encrypted 10012 traffic today with many UIDs. I monitored Rogers SO along with Claremore and both still have traffic on their DMR / NXDN channels, with no simultaneous 10012 keyups. Not sure what 10012 is.

Looks like I'll have to start logging UID and see if any of them show up on any of the known TGs.

Lots of testing the last few days on many talkgroups in the 100xx range. Majority of them are encrypted though.

Anyone know what this belongs to?

It's probably an OKWIN voice channel that nobody ever submitted to the db.

It's the Coweta site to OKWIN and yes it is in the database.

The site is in the db but 851.05 isn't.
