Roseville Trunked System change?

I haven’t had time to delve into it but I could swear I had good comms in my BCD536HP last week (two weeks?) but yesterday and today nothing while driving though. The RR pages seem relatively unchanged. Am I tripping? Are they encrypted?

I am hearing them on Broadcastify right now. Of note, it sounded like the system may have gone down at some point. About 20 minuets ago I heard dispatch doing radio checks with multiple officers then advised a supervisor that only one officer hadn't responded and that that officer was at the station and may not have a radio turned on.
