RS Pro-94 Programming issue

I have recently aquired a PRO-94 Trunking Scanner. And just found out our sheriff's department/county government has gone to a trunked radio system. I live in Lake County, IL. I have been trying to program the trunked system into my scanner with no sucess. Their system is an EDACS standard. Any help or information would be most appreciated.

It might help if we knew what is precisely your problem. I've programmed a couple of 94s, and they program very much like the old Uniden BC245 - so please be more specific
