rtl-sdr input changes during reboot

why does the rtl-sdr input change during reboot for the dongles?
is there anyway to not have to change the .bat files input id each time after reboot?

If you have multiple units, change the serial number using the utility so they are recognized as different units

no, for some reason they all showed 00000001 or something 5 different type sdr's
i got it working though with the rtl_eeprom.exe that comes with sdrsharp
