Can anyone verify if the Pittsgrove site is active. I believe it should be for people to hear it in Buena, Malaga and me out in Eastern Camden County. If not one day I will attempt to verify. I guess either way, that's the closest site to Christiana area. I feel like for a more congested area like that loaded with cell towers there is a risk of not hearing it on an SDS scanner just because it's a little farther away (like 7-8 miles) and the SDS is a hot receiver susceptible to cell site interference.

By the way on a slightly different topic, can anyone else verify West Police is in fact up? I'm sure I used to hear it here, and now I dont. But I haven't recorded any encrypted traffic on my G5 (I'm guessing it would store when you select "Allow Encrypted Transmissions" and check the box to Voice Store next to a wildcard TGID) in two days.

PD West moved to another conventional frequency something like a year or so ago. I suspect this was due to problems they were having on 501.1625. I'd have to dig up the new frequency.

The only thing located on Pennsville Towers is Pennsville PD's repeater. They're the only user of it.

It does not appear that anything has moved over to the new P25 system yet. I have a few TGs with minimal activity logged. The busiest has been TG 9999 with 143 hits over the past week or two. That is also the only TG I've observed encryption on as of yet. It has seen a mix of clear and encrypted traffic. 9999 falls far outside the range of the other TGs I've logged, so I'm betting it is only for system testing.

I loaded this system into my SDS200 yesterday. I am running discovery and had Zero hits in the last 24hrs. I’m in Mullica Hill and have a nice solid signal. I’ll keep it running for another day or so on the SDS200 and see what pops up. If I don’t get any hits I’ll move the operation to a spare laptop running Unitrunker.

It's actually quite common to see foreign subscribers attempting to register on systems they're not actually programmed for. The biggest culprit is that the home system is setup for Inter-WACN (or Intra-WACN for Harris radios) roaming to accommodate ISSI roaming, and so from time to time those subscribers will be somewhat aggressive in trying to roam to some other system when they're outside of their home area.
