A couple of other notes:
Sites 21 and 25 are both announcing a neighbor Site 22, with control channel 851.150 MHz. I'm not picking anything up on that frequency.
I also believe that SFFD training talkgroups 36101-36116 (site 25, phase 1) have been replaced by the even-numbered talkgroups 926-956 (site 21, phase 2). Most fire training has been occurring on TG 932, and I haven't heard anything on the 361xx talkgroups for some time. I think there are 16 training talkgroups interleaved between the A1-A16 talkgroups.
