If you enter your Broadcastify.com credentials in the app's "General Settings" area and check the "Are you a feed provider?" checkbox the app's Pro features will be enabled as long as you have at least one feed online.
I’m trying to find that on the iOS app however I just see restore or start a trial. I signed in at the top however couldn’t enter anything.

Calls support has been added to the latest beta of the iOS app, see this thread: Scanner Radio iOS App - Beta Version with Broadcastify Calls Support

Loving it so far. Everything I've wanted to listen to seems to work just fine. I'm a bad beta tester because I don't notice "the little things" so easily. It just seems to be working great to me. I can access all of the Calls stuff. Thanks Gordon!

If I find anything buggy, I'll report it via the appropriate method.

Who creates the public playlists on the app?

I had answered, but I'm confused. I thought that the only Broadcastify Calls playlists that show up on the apps are the public playlists. But I see "[Calls]" playlists that aren't listed at:

So I don't know how the "Calls" playlists in the app that aren't on Broadcastify Calls Playlists are made.

On Broadcastify Calls, a person makes up a playlist (it's a private playlist at that point) and then requests that Lindsay make it a public playlist. If it is approved as a public playlist, then everyone can see it in the public playlists. I had figured that the apps only see the public playlists that Lindsay approves on Broadcastify. But, like I said, I'm seeing Calls playlists on my iPhone that are listed on Broadcastify Calls Playlists

So I'm wondering the same thing as you.

What playlists are you seeing in some places that don't exist in others? Need specific examples here

Calls Stuff for Jefferson Co and Carroll Co Ohio, via the IOS App:

Carroll County Fire, OSP and DOT
Jefferson County Police and Ohio State Patrol
Jefferson County Fire and EMS
Steubenville Fire and EMS
Wintersville Police
Toronto Police
Jefferson County Sheriff Dispatch

The last four of those are not in: Broadcastify Calls Playlists
The first three are mine, and I set up those playlists and you made them public.

Not sure where the others came from but I'm guessing they are from a private playlist of somebody in JeffCo - or they aren't showing up on BCFY if they are legit public playlists.

And, I apologize because I responded in the Android app thread, when I'm using IOS. Sometimes I don't think before I type.

These here for me. Edit: the only one listed as a public playlist is the top one - Lake County Public Safety.

The Calls playlists listed in the app that aren't in the list of public playlists are playlists that I defined and are subsets of public playlists.

For example, if a public playlist contains several agencies I might add to the app a couple of playlists that contain only one or two of those agencies. If a listener selects one of those playlists, they're connected to the public playlist but only hear the agencies associated with playlist I added.

I've been doing that for cases where it isn't possible to listen to smaller agencies without also having to listen to several others at the same time.

Thank you, it confused me no end.

My listeners are having a hard time finding my calls playlist because by default it's not showing [calls] after it, and my Playlist has the exact same name as a regular one fed by a Uniden.

Any way to change the name of the calls playlist to differentiate? I'm logged in as a feeder in the app.

You change the name of your own playlists by logging into BCFY in a browser, then go to your Playlists, then edit the name.

It's my public playlist. I don't want to put [calls] in the title (I tried it looked goofy).

I looked in the app and I no longer see the option to put [Calls] after the playlists. I think it does it by default now, I just don't know why my listeners aren't seeing it. 🤷‍♀️
