sdr lock out button

Anyone know why the lockout button won't lock out frequency? It is a CC but you would think that you should be able to lock it out. I have tried this with a couple of different versions of SDR with the same results.

Just further to this, when I lock out these frequencies it is showing as being locked out in the Browse section of SDR Sharp, but when scanning it still stops on them, kind of annoying.
