You should set the PPM to the value you had previously (-1.009) or just -1.1 as indicated, then uncheck the "Enable decoders to auto adjust PPM"

Tried your suggestion and made no change in the issue. I tried another conventional p25 frequency with this same setup and that one decodes without issue.

The first p25 channel is a half mile from you. How far is the second one you tried that decodes without issue?

That is likely the main problem. SDR Trunk is hardware intensive software, and Java is a hog.
