Newbie to SDRTrunk. I've got the Radioreference database importing info into SDRTRunk just fine but it only shows County, State and Federal agency tabs. There's no CITY agencies? So I'm not getting local city PD freqs or city fire because they are city agencies. They are obviously on the Radio reference page. I don't see them under County either. Go easy on me if I'm doing something dumb.

If it's in the database, it's in @ProScan Just have to look in all the spots. Unless it's a state trunked system, all the trunked systems are under County Systems. Did you hit the drop down?

If not, tell me exactly what you're looking for or post a link to it and i will find it.

Seems like he's asking about conventional listings, which SDRTrunk doesn't show for the main county pages. It's a bug, I believe it's been reported a few times, but @DSheirer hasn't fixed it yet.

Seems to be another bug, in addition to that one.

When I go from this,

to talkgroup view, to view the tg's on that system, and before selecting a list to import to, it's taking aliases from my "suffolk list", and associating them with the Ventura County descriptions.

Of course, because you still have the suffolk list Import to Alias List selected. You have to change that, the software doesn't know what alias list goes with which system.

When I select a new alias, it omits the aliases all together. After the import, they populate.

Kinda looks to me like its reading, and populating stored info from the playlist.xml instead of populating with the info on Radio Reference.

The Description column shows the RRDB description (not alpha tag), the Alias column shows any matching talkgroups that already exist in your playlist/alias list. If the Alias column fields are blank, that means you have no matching talkgroups in your playlist/alias list.

Indeed, that's what I'm asking. What's odd is it does show conventional listings for county agencies but nothing for cities. There isn't even a "city agency" tab. From a user standpoint it seems it would make sense to have a "city agencies" tab for city PD / fire etc conventional or otherwise or am I just being OCD? We have a lot of city frequencies I guess I'll have to enter by hand. Most of the government comms in my area are not trunked. Trunking is common with businesses and utilities though.
